Business Rules

Ownership Regulations

1. Everfall recognizes only one registered owner per business. Any additional “owners” are for RP purposes only.
2. You may not be the registered owner of a business if you are a member of staff or management of another community.
3. The business and its registered owner must remain active.
4. Businesses must utilize the Everfall State Hub Discord for any out-of-game communications.
5. Businesses and their assets may not be used to transfer money between characters.
6. Businesses with missed payments on their subscriptions have 7 days to pay, otherwise the business will be forfeited.

Business Conduct

1. Employees MUST be in uniform while they are on duty. Businesses without branded clothing should have a dress code for their employees that suits the business.
   1. Uniforms may not include or allow gang attire, government agency branding, or full facial coverings unless explicitly approved by the Department of Labor or OSHA.
2. Businesses may not utilize their hall system to display grossly inappropriate content.
3. Businesses may not be used to blatantly facilitate illegal activities.
4. Businesses should allow at least 30 minutes between consecutive advertisements through their business laptop.
5. Businesses may not use /scenes to advertise on buildings they do not have the owner’s explicit permission to advertise on.

Criminal Organizations & Businesses

1. Businesses cannot be treated as turf or property of a criminal organization.
2. Businesses should be treated as neutral ground in disputes.
3. Criminal organizations should refrain from tagging/spraying businesses and their immediate vicinity.
