Business Rules#

  1. A minimum of 3 days of activity per week is required. Businesses that do not meet this requirement will receive a warning. After 7 days, if activity isn't recovered, your ownership will be revoked.
  2. The business is tied to the original person who acquired it, meaning they will always lay claim to it unless the business is forfeited back to Everfall.
  3. The original owner must remain active regardless of whether the business is active. Failure to maintain the standard of activity highlighted in Rule 1 will result in the immediate forfeiture of the business.
  4. The addition of owners to a business must be approved by the Everfall Committee. Additional owners are just an in-city role, and their official ownership is not recognized by the Everfall Committee.
  5. All transfers of business between players must be approved by the Everfall Committee.
  6. Businesses are required to utilize the Everfall State Hub Discord. Businesses are not permitted to utilize any Discord server outside of the Everfall State Hub Discord. Failure to comply will result in the immediate forfeiture of ownership.
  7. Aiding in money transfers to launder money between characters is strictly prohibited and will result in the confiscation of the business.
  8. If your business provides an "essential service" (such as car dealerships that sell cars unique to that dealership) and there are no available employees, and players are complaining about inactivity, a member of the Department of State is permitted to open the shop to provide this service.
  9. You are not allowed to own a business if you own or are a member of staff or management of another community.
  10. It is mandatory for business employees to be in business a uniform/apparel while they are on duty.
