Business Rules
Ownership Regulations
- Everfall recognizes only one registered owner per business. Any additional “owners” are for RP purposes only.
- You may not be the registered owner of a business if you are a member of staff or management of another community.
- The business and its registered owner must remain active.
- Businesses must utilize the Everfall State Hub Discord for any out-of-game communications.
- Businesses and their assets may not be used to transfer money between characters.
- Businesses with missed payments on their subscriptions have 7 days to pay, otherwise the business will be forfeited.
Business Conduct
- Employees MUST be in uniform while they are on duty. Businesses without branded clothing should have a dress code for their employees that suits the business.
- Uniforms may not include or allow gang attire, government agency branding, or full facial coverings unless explicitly approved by the Department of Labor or OSHA.
- Businesses may not utilize their hall system to display grossly inappropriate content.
- Businesses may not be used to blatantly facilitate illegal activities.
- Businesses should allow at least 30 minutes between consecutive advertisements through their business laptop.
- Businesses may not use
/scenes to advertise on buildings they do not have the owner’s explicit permission to advertise on.
Criminal Organizations & Businesses
- Businesses cannot be treated as turf or property of a criminal organization.
- Businesses should be treated as neutral ground in disputes.
- Criminal organizations should refrain from tagging/spraying businesses and their immediate vicinity.
