Improving Performance
Learn how to improve performance using NVE in FiveM.
Improving Performance with NVE
Installing NVE has proven to be a reliable method for reducing what are known as "stutters" in FiveM (moments of freezes, as your game loads streamed assets).

- High Resolution Shadows - Changes how detailed shadows are, if on, shadows will appear more realistic
- High Detail Streaming While Flying - Changes quality of textures on the ground while flying
- Extended Distance Scaling - Changes how far the game will render high quality textures
It is important to note this guide will not guarantee 60 FPS on all low end systems while running NVE. This version of Matthew's settings guide is intended for systems that have a low end GPU such as a 1050, or 2050. All the categories mentioned in this guide are relative to the in-game graphics settings grouping. Anything in BOLD is a required setting for natural vision evolved.
