Third-Eye Targeting

Hold Left Alt to show nearby interaction points. Aim at an available option and right-click to select it. Options depend on where you are, what you are looking at, and what your character can do. If nothing appears, move closer or try another side of the object.

Radial Menu

Press F1 to open the radial menu. Choose an action from the menu; the choices change with your location, vehicle, and role. For example, vehicle and emergency-services actions only appear when they are available to you.

Nearby Prompts

Some interactions show a prompt in the world or at the edge of the screen instead. Use the key shown in that prompt. E is common, but the prompt is the source of truth for that interaction.
