What is the best job on the server?
There is no best job on the server. All jobs are balanced and have their own unique perks. Find what you like to do and do it! Payouts for jobs also fluctuate after every restart, so that there is no meta to exploit. However, we encourage you to apply for a position at a player owned business for the best experience and potential.
Why can't I connect to the server? It says I'm missing a 'steam'/'discord' identifier. What do I do?
Ensure that both your Steam client and Discord are open and running. If they are, close your game, close Steam and Discord fully from the task manager. Then open them again. After they're open, attempt to connect again. If that does not work, restart your computer and try again.
How do I check the status of the server?
You can check the status of the server by visiting the Everfall Discord and checking the #status
channel. The server status is updated automatically and will show you if the server is online or offline.
How do I report a bug?
You can report a bug by visiting the Everfall Discord and checking the #bug-reports
channel. Please ensure that the bug you are reporting has not already been reported. If it has, please add your information to the existing report. If it has not, please provide as much information as possible about the bug and how it occurred.
How do I delete a character?
If you want to delete a character, you need to open a ticket in the Discord, and provide your character's CitizenID. This can be found in the character selection menu. Characters will only be deleted if their cash/bank accounts match or exceed the starting amounts.
