What should I do first to earn money?

Why does the server say I am missing a Steam or Discord identifier?
Make sure Steam and Discord are running and signed in before you launch FiveM. If both are already open, fully close FiveM, Steam, and Discord, then reopen Steam and Discord before reconnecting. If the message continues, open a support ticket and include the exact error text.
Where can I check server status?
Check the Everfall Discord status channel for the current online state, player count, and next restart. If you cannot connect despite the server being online, include the exact error in a support ticket.
How do I report a bug or ask for help?
Use /report in the city to open the help center. For a non-sensitive bug, check the bug reports forum for an existing report before posting. Include a clip or precise reproduction steps and any relevant F8 errors; the forum requires that detail. Report exploits or security issues privately through a support ticket, not in the public forum.
How do I request a character deletion?
Open a support ticket with the character's Citizen ID and explain the request. Staff will review it and tell you the next steps. You can find your Citizen ID in the character selection screen.
